If you see a stray hair or something is not to your liking within 24 hours, give us a call! We'll fix it! We can do everything but put hair back on!
We give personal attention to each of our clients making sure their visit is carefree and stress-free.
** We require proof of current vaccination of Rabies & Distemper/Parvo (unless a senior dog). We strongly recommend Bordetella. However, it is no longer required as it does not cover the entire strain of Upper Respiratory viruses. If you do choose to give Bordetella, please make sure it is outside of 3 days from grooming appointment. The vaccine may give your dog symptoms within the first few days of inoculation. Please make sure you understand the risks of bringing your dog to a public place where there are other dogs.
However, we understand if you choose to not over vaccinate. We accept Titer tests. **
*** Cage Drying... We DO NOT utilize Cage Dryers. They are never left unattended and are hand dried with cool/warm air, never hot. This takes more hands-on time with your dog and ensures a much smoother, blown coat.

Packages:
Puppy's First Groom -It is a good idea to start your puppy off young and slowly. They will have a better chance at enjoying the process! We spend as much time as they need getting comfortable in the shop. Includes a free treat bag or toy upon checkout.
Maintenance Program- Some breeds have hair that easily sheds and gets matted quickly. This is due to the under coat shedding and getting caught in the outer coat. For this reason, we offer a weekly or biweekly de-shedding program. Bring your dog in between grooms for a comb out or de-shed. They will feel more comfortable and your pocket book will too! Price negotiated.
VIP Program- Want the little extras for free? We offer a program for that! Schedule your dogs appointments for a year and keep them! Schedules must be every 6 weeks or less. Click here for details.
Express Service - Do you need your little Bubba ready by ASAP? For an extra fee, you can move your baby to the head of the line! We can only accommodate 2 per day, and they must be pre-scheduled.
Referral Program- We love your referrals! It tells us that we are doing a good job. For each referral you send our way that results in a groom we will give you $5 off your next groom. Plus, the friend you refer will receive 10% off their first groom. Make sure you tell them to let us know who sent them!
Understanding our Pricing:
Due to the vast differences in sizes and breed types we respectfully ask that you make an appointment with us to see your dog. Any heavy matting, heavy undercoat, fleas, ticks, behavior problems or other issues requiring extra time and effort will cause additional charges. All of our services include 15 minutes of de-matting/de-shedding.
Full-Service Grooming
Tidy-ups: Does your dog have long hair? A quick tidy-up sanitary area trim, shampoo with a fast brush out will leave your pet feeling fresh!
Grooming: Your pet is going to be given a trim, bathed, clipped, and combed with your choice of pattern, color and shampoo based on your pet's specific skin needs. Your pet will walk out beautiful head to toe!
Bath & Brush: Our bath service includes shampoo matched for your pets' coat type, leave in conditioner, brush out, nail trimming and filing, and ear cleaning. Ask about our complete list of shampoos!
Haircut
We provide breed-specific haircuts. Cuts feature shampoo, dry, and hair trimmed on their head, paws, and bum.

Our bath service includes shampoo matched for your pets' coat type, leave in conditioner, brush out, nail trimming and filing, and ear cleansing.
Ear Cleaning
A dog's ears are delicate and vulnerable to infection, excessive wax buildup, and ear mites. Cleaning your pet's ears reduces build-up to help hinder infections and reduce the smell.
Face Trim
Several pooches need a haircut from around their face. Our groomer will be able to help you identify the perfect style for your dog.
Sanitary Trim
For long hair doggies, sanitary hair cutting may be needed to cut long fur from around the bum.
